The mounting screws are included only in the MFH combos. They are 30mm for the top and 35mm for the bottom position on the MHF, but if you have your own mounts make sure you're not using screws too long, as they might damage the boards inside.

Check if there's any metal residue stuck on the magnet. Also, you'll have to reset to default, reinitialize and recalibrate after taking it apart.

Upload a screenshot of VKBDevCfg so we could see your firmware version.

Just run VKBDevCfg, select the device at the top and click the Default button under the Tools tab. After the restart you'll get a popup asking to configure; click Yes.
Calibrate afterwards following this guide.

The newer UCM systems are coming with the drilled plates. Please get in touch with the local vendor and see if he has them in stock.
It's really easy to drill holes in those plates though, it's soft metal.

Same connectors, so you could definitely use any you like more.

Just go in game's setting, find the strafe fwd/bkwd control and assign the pitch axis to that.

They're locked, won't accept a wrong version. They also look good, just plug them one by one, then follow the steps from the timestamp of the guide.

If you're logged in you should see the price without VAT. You will be charged for local tax by the courier though, when they will deliver the parcel.

Some things to try:
- reset to default, then click Yes when the configure popup shows up;
- try another USB cable (any printer cable would do);
- check for damage the cable connecting the Black Box with the base.
