Hi, did anyone who's in Finland got the shipment sent by PostNL?
Mine was dispatched on Friday, however tracking show's it's still in Netherlands sorting limbo

Mine was actually PostNL or DHL. And now I got the shipping confirmation with PostNL. Ah, the wait!

4135 here. I was told that it will be shipped on the 9th of May, however as of now there's nothing. Order is in status "Processing" and no emails.

Same here for shipping to Finland. Said it was a mistake in the initial order configuration that VAT was not applied. Paid the extra 65 Eur in VAT, waiting for confirmation...

The ticketing system allowed me to log a case, however it didn't allow to open it and check the contents afterwards. Shows only the header.

UPD: Cancel the above, if you click "reply" you can see ticket info. A bit ambiguous, but it works.

Regarding the pricing. I bought T-Rudder Mk.IV in October last year. The total price was Eur 239 Base: 177 Shipping 21 Tax 41 If I was to get them now, it will be 173. That makes it 66 euros or 27% cheaper. Am I a bit sad? Yes. Am I going to complain? Don't think so, the pedals are great nonetheless...

We know the goods will not be dispatched until they are arrived. However, if the site will not be running, you will not be able to get sort orders as soon as they come -> further delays.

Let's do some basic estimations. If the ship is in the Red Sea, let's assume it's half way to the Channel. From there to Rotterdam it takes roughly 10 days @ 20 knots. At 24 knots it will take 8 days. Let's take an average of 9. Then it will take at a day to unload. Another day or two to get though ...

It looks like things did not go well and I broke F5 key on my quite expensive keyboard. VKB, I demand a 10% discount for that - a moral compensation for waiting and a broken F5!

Wonder about the container part as well. Read some people on DCS forums ordered directly from China. Say service was pretty fast. I reeeaaly wonder if it's worthwhile waiting unit EU store gets restocked...
