Re: T-Rudder with 2 Virtual Brake Axes (no brake button)

Before the release of T-Link I have tried "axis2button" and "axis2axes" options, but testing in DCS Bf 109 and Fw 190 I give up of the idea fast.

Re: T-Rudder with 2 Virtual Brake Axes (no brake button)

2. When I press the right pedal on my T-rudder, the right brake axis should increase. When I press the left pedal on my T-rudder, the left brake axis should increase. Both should remain at 0 when the T-rudder axis is centered. 3. My joystick does not have a brake trigger, and I do not want to have ...

Re: what are the exact dimensions of the screw needed to lock twist on a gladiator mkII?

You need a 2/3mm Philips screwdriver for remove the palm rest. I take some measures - with cheaper plastic caliper, not much precise. https://i.postimg.cc/SRqL04yh/VKB-Screw.jpg Then is 43 (small diameter of tube) -15 (gimbal pole OD) = 28 / 2 = 14 or 48 (big diameter) -15 =33 / 2 = 16.5  14 - 2 (th...

Re: Button A3 Broken

I have similar issues in a used (1.5 year) Gladiator Mk.II, capt of buttons A-1, A-2, A-3 sometimes get stuck when pressed. For me this happens is due the fact that plastic spring lever that return button cap up act only in one side, then the cap tilt a bit and stuck. I fix this with sections of sil...

Re: T-Rudder problem

When you start the bootloader process but don't load a new firmware, pedal remain in bootloader mode. You need reset then, usually just unplug and plug USB cable is sufficient. You pedal is connect together with joystick? This firmware BB_GF_MCG_KG12_v1_93_6 is for Gunfigheter base with MCG PRO or M...

Re: Button recognized when assigned, but not recognized in game!?

Then I tested assignments in IL2 BoS, and every button was the wrong number. VKB said the correct button, but BoS said they were all -1 button less. VKB said it was button 18, BoX said it was button 17, 15 was 14, 22 was 21,.. every button was one less in BoX.. But BoX did see all of my buttons cor...

Re: vkb gladiator mk2 button mapping

...for example, on mode#2 button 3 (labeled A1 on the base) it's bound to button 22, mode#1 + shift pinky top hat switch button is also bound to button 22. I update Gladiator Mk.II firmware for 1.96.B and confirm the above with Ron61 attached profile. Buttons A1 to C3 in Mode 2 are using the same b...

Re: Vkb gladiator mk 2 non pro centre issue

I get an used (~1.5 years) Gladiator Mk.II (non PRO) and despite all axes still working very well, with precise reading without any spike including in throttle axis (with potentiometer), stick had this centering issue, more in X axis, but sometimes in Y too. An curious thing: If during calibration (...

Gladiator Mk.II (non PRO) Buttons A1, A2, A3 jammed.

In an used ( ~1.5 year) Gladiator Mk.II ("vanilla") cap of buttons A1, A2, A3 sometimes become jammed down when pressed, specially if they are pressed more on right side. Since the plastic "spring" that return button cap in only in one side, the button cap sometimes is pressed no...

Re: Building HOTAS w/Gladiator

Twist axis in Gladiator Mk.II (no PRO) don't detract X, Y axes - since you have pedals can leave this axis unassigned, axis with return to center is not useful for other functions than the original (e.g. rudder). "Rumors" say that Gladiator PRO will be not produced in an foreseen future - ...

Re: KG 12 WWII Combat Grip

No, VKB grips are "own entity" with integrated ARM32 processor, not compatible with other brands of controllers (e.g. BU0836). For your project I suggest look at eBay for an used CH F-16 CombatStick or FighterStick (can be even old gameport versions), this grips are very easy to wire in ot...

Re: vkb gladiator mk2 button mapping

Is possible using VKB DevCfg software, read their instructions manual.

http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Programms/

Alternatives read to use profiles - don't mix Gladiator "vanila" and Gladiator PRO. See in the read me if mode are active.
