Re: Any news on NA availability?
Contact your local dealer to begin with, then check Aliexpress. Some goods are in stock, some are in production.

Re: Retrofitting Thumb hat to Kosmosima Standard
Strictly speaking, we don't provide for this sort of modifications. We design different versions of our devices so people can choose what they want. So the first part of the reply is unfortunately - you can't buy a hat switch separately. To sweeten the pill however there is some good news. If you ma...

Re: MCG Pro always glitching the X axis
Seems to be a software issue - I opened the configurator Look, Ron had asked you for more information and screenshots. The longer you keep this information to yourself, the longer you are not receiving help. There are guidelines for requesting tech support, please keep to the rules, and help will m...

Re: Linear Deflection Cams?
Any word on a timeline for these cams? Not a word now, and not because I enjoy being so secretive. There are many things that we promised to the people before Kosmosima was even in early draft stage. Understandably, they have to be all taken care of before we sit down to make the linear cams. The j...

Re: VKB Gladiator pro MKI - grip keeps twisting
Sand off equal amount of the rusks. Don't go too far, it will be not-undoable. 0.5 mm will be plenty.
Tighten the screw. Loctite won't hurt.
Happy flights.

Not a good beginning of a conversation. Help will come as soon as it can be delivered. There is no, and has never been, a promise of 24/7 live support.blackram wrote:Once you buy their product, specially if out of warranty, they just dont care...

Re: Stick LED Blinking Red After SET
What exactly different are they, sorry that I have no idea about different between VKB official download and alex-oz.strana.de, I found this site on other post with similar issue like me. Alex-oz's site is a kind of semi-official - but still NOT official place to get pre-release firmware. That said...

Sorry, no.
Besides general electronical and mechanical connection drawings we don't share pretty much anything.
Our devices use proprietary protocols which we will hardly divulge in foreseeable future.

Re: F-14 grip
I would be happy to tell you more but there is nothing to tell at the moment.
Everything is moving on, prototypes, molds, pre-production this and that. Routine.
No one cancels this grip, so it is coming.
Sorry for giving you such an answer but really this is all I have to say.

Re: Gladiator Kosmosima help
Theres a grip for the Gladiator MK 1 pro 5 pin? The adapter is a VKB adapter. Maybe I got you wrong, or you got me wrong. Yes the adapter is still a VKB adapter, but made for mounting a non-VKB grip on a VKB base. Hence, producing a VKB grip to be mounted on a VKB base with the help of a VKB-for-Wa...

Re: Gladiator Pro Mk.II still in production?
The Gladiator Pro Mk.II is not listed in any VKB shop. Is if it is still in production? "In production" is a pretty elastic term. We don't have models constantly "in production", i.e., the factory making them day after day, non stop, all the time, like cars on car plants. We rat...

Re: Gladiator Kosmosima help
Kosmie comes in all <reasonably> possible connection versions.
However making a VKB grip work with a VKB base through a non-VKB adapter is just somehow missing my definition of "reasonable"

Re: Kosmosima twist resistance
Would it be possible to get some instructions regarding the best way to open this part of the grip? Hardly. We never stand in the way of customers making modifications to their devices, but this doesn't mean we support every such attempt. Our attitude has always been "you're free to do it, but...
