Sand off equal amount of the rusks. Don't go too far, it will be not-undoable. 0.5 mm will be plenty.
Tighten the screw. Loctite won't hurt.

Sorry, no.
Besides general electronical and mechanical connection drawings we don't share pretty much anything.
Our devices use proprietary protocols which we will hardly divulge in foreseeable future.

Everything is moving on, prototypes, molds, pre-production this and that. Routine.
