I can only assume Eduard has many businesses, and this is his smallest concern. Sadly for us customers this could mean a wait of weeks to get any feed back.

Same for me, but I don't want to wire them the money, as I do not understand if they are holding the item. Now it says out of stock.

I got an invoice saying I can do this by bank transfer, but I am not paying until I get that information the item has been reserved. I am not paying you to wait for another 6 months.

So please let me know what to do.

Honestly, the service provided by VKB Europe is the worst I have ever received in my entire life. You never answer emails, your shop is currently not processing orders, it's just simply terrible. Are VKB Europe looking into this issue? I reckon there is at the minimum 1000 euros in transactions waiting, based on just the people who have replied on here.

My base order is also gone.

I am unable complete my pre purchase as the means to add a payment method gives me the following error:

I went to my account to add a payment method, but I get this error now...
