Shouldn't be difficult to fix, I think.
Remove the mechanism from the base and unplug the connectors of X-sensor. Don't just try to push them in with brute force hoping to restore contact: unplug and replug. No excessive force needed, just full out and full in.
Tell me if it worked.

Re: Unable to add payment method Eu site
Guys right now I cannot tell when we will bring this to order as we are not sure what causes the problem. It was however brought to our attention that recently PayPal is upgrading some security system, and I suspect this is it. Anyway, sorry for inconvenience, and please re-visit in a day time. I ho...

Re: MCG Pro Roll Axis Jumping

This does not, of course, mean that users are encouraged to bang the joysticks against concrete blocks - but it has always been our point that you may (and often, should) know what is inside, and never be af...

Ron was faster
The word from the creator (not me, not me!) is that it IS possible, and Ron is exactly the person to ask for details.
Sorry for making you wait so ling before answering.
Hope you manage to do it with ease; don't forget to share your experience.

Further to the crazy button pressings Have you opened a ticket at the dealer's? >>> Apart from this it will always help if you make a short vid of the vkb config utility screen so we could see what exactly happens and get a clearer picture of the problem. Please use youtube rather than vimeo: both ...

I have a similar issue The activation seems either especially bad, or primarily triggered by RIGHT ROLL input. As I have it bound in one sim to my plane cannons, the activation can last a single moment (firing one or two bullets) or can empty my entire magazine... I have tried (...). (.....) I am h...

Month(s).
We're on holiday now, so the best would be to ping us after Aug., 25.
Me might not be able to serve you right away but at least we'll have a better idea when and where you can get the kit then.

Re: MCG Pro Grip 5 pin?
Looks like you doubled at reddit. That's what I answered there: is VKB still supporting a 5 pin MCG Pro grip? VKB supports their products for lifetime. MCGPro is a new grip, and no matter 3 or 5 pin version it is going to be supported for as long as we are in business. There will be more. I can't te...

Re: Loose In Y Axis
My Y axis is loose around center as well If you feel it as a flaw, a flaw it is ; just go ahead and do all the tests that I repeatedly and with quite limited success asked the topic starter to do, and post the pictures here. We will look into it - however from today till late August we are all on v...
