ok, so I got home tonight, my computer was turned off. I turned it on, ran Device Config, no buttons lit. This time I decided to time how long the lights would take to come on, one minute later, this:
I'm going to change AclTime to always and reflash.....

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
While I haven't specifically timed how long it takes for the buttons to come on, it just "seemed" like about 10 minutes. I see in my settings AclTime is set to 10 minutes. Maybe that isn't a coincidence. I'll try setting it to always and see what happens. AG, I have moved on to 921 yesterd...

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
exactly what I've been trying. At first the lights are not on, after some time (< 10 minutes) they come on as I showed in my first screenshoot (along the bottom).

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
I did as mentioned: "Made sure I clicked set at the same time as before...", but just as a test I tried again without clicking set...And my current state is where I flashed, clicked default, click set, calibrated. Lights are on...I would also mention that previous firmware updates don't ha...

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
Issue is back after flashing to 1.921. It is like the first picture (bottom row of buttons reporting being pressed). Made sure I clicked set at the same time as before, but then tried not clicking set after default as well. If I click restart from VKB Device Config, the lights go off for a little wh...

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
I'll try that, I did click default each time, but I'm pretty sure I didn't click set after that.
Update: clicking set after default..seems to be working now..crossing fingers! Thanks for help.

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
ok, this is getting weirder. I did nothing but start VKB Device Config again just now. The second image listed above, the one with many buttons "on", is back. Global/Common is the same as I already attached. When did you hit "set"? I tried it and it just said something about no n...

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
Well, I went back to 1.91F and now I don't see the issue. Just to answer your question, the Global/Common page:

Re: Calibration after flashing v1.91F
hmm, very strange. I calibrated a couple more times. One time after calibration, the buttons didn't show as pressed. I exited Device config, came back in, lights were still not on. I thought it was fixed. I clicked the Axes1 tab and checked the range of the axis, all seemed good. Clicked back on the...

Calibration after flashing v1.91F
Hi, I flashed to the latest firmware, v1.91F, after flashing I: 1. Clicked the default button 2. Calibrated. Calibration seemed to work fine, but after I click end calibration some buttons show as pressed in the test tab. They were not shown as pressed before the calibration started. I've tried repe...

Re: MCG loose base
That's a huge huge shame. For the future, and for the other guys who read this topic: Never - NEVER!!! - accept even slightly damaged packages. Any indent on the box, leaving alone holes, is an absolute reason to refuse the parcel. The damaged box should be photographed, and the claim should be fil...

Re: MCG loose base
Mine had the same issue, until I saw this thread I thought "that's the way is was supposed to be", dumb assumption I know now as it is much better after tightening the screws :). I believe mine was caused from shipment, the box had heavy damage when it arrived (several holes in the box). S...
