Re: Question for Star Citizen pilots
I just had a couple more thoughts since the poll Rrhode. Firstly, after reading the subsequent posts, at least in Elite, left hand twist would actually be quite useful for non primary flight functions like: Looking at left/right panel, zoom in/out sensor range, weapon group selection. Probably many ...

Re: Question for Star Citizen pilots
I don't want any twist because I don't want any possibility of the stick moving in my hand and being off on positioning due to it. I'm the heat of combat, I don't want a slight twist placing pressure and turning the stick toward the wrong angle. Have you had an opportunity to use a stick with twist...

It might be worth qualifying this statement. While undoubtedly true for yourself, is not objective or representative for all. I am absolutely just as precise with or without twist, and I'll be interested to see if anyone else has similar experiences.

Re: Question for Star Citizen pilots
Ok, me first :) In my opinion (<---- this is important, as your going to get lot of opinions on this from the elitest rudder users) the use of Z-axis twist on right (or) left handed grip for the roll axis is very natural feeling in space sims, and very much enhances the fun of flying a spaceship. Th...

Another firm vote for a MaRS twist on the space grip!

Re: US/Canadian Customers - Roll Call
Not interested in us Aussies that ordered through Amazon? :D We're definitely in your demographic, even though geographically we're on the opposite side of the globe. Support and shipping usually guides us to purchase from US retailers where possible even though I know a fair few ordered from VKB di...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
No, thank you Victorus. A+ service from VKB. Having a 7 hour time difference doesn't help things, but all sorted in the end.

Haven't had a chance to test in game, but definitely works in the log like your original screenshot.

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
Faaark, after your post Bourrinopathe, I went back to the initial post by Victorus and re-read it several times to see if I was missing something. I couldn't see anything different, but looking at the screengrabs I had an idea. I had been clicking Keyboard from the dropdown list, and then selecting ...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
Can you show a screengrab of the dropdown list showing the second Virtual Keyboard device? I just tried it again with your 77.71 version and no change. There has to be something specific with my device, as it does the same thing on a different computer and I've tried a different USB 2.0 port on this...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
There's no attachment Victorus? I tried running through all those steps with 0.77.66 but it still didn't work unfortunately :( It's not really a big deal, but I'm sure I won't be the last person to ask if this is possible, so happy to continue helping troubleshoot. It may point to some other underly...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
Tried loading the first config, and said "no new data", tried a second time, same error. Tried the second config, and it applied fine. Then tried the first one, and it now applied fine. Tried the third one, it also applied fine. So now that it looked like it was loading profiles fine, I th...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
Copied the new Zconfig.ini. When launching VKBDeviceConfig, it definitely looks more like your screenshots. However, when I choose to set the mouse to relative mode, and always on, when I hit set I get these dialogue boxes: Warning1.png Warning3.png If choose to Select All, and set, it says no new d...

Re: Gladiator Pro Button Re-Mapping
Sorry, I should have mentioned that it still didn't have the Virtual Keyboard in the list. See here:
