I saw a good design to help improve the twangs/noises on compression springs would be to add a piece of heatshrink over the spring.

would you consider this for your next version grips primary/secondary fire trigger springs?

sounds like it could be one of the pins not making contact briefly? but it's difficult to say.
you could try these steps
- ensure the grip is firmly in place
- check the pins are making contact (ensuring they are all extended)
- open the grip and see if there are any loose wires.

I'm also an engineer and fully understand perfecting things.
