Re: Gunfighter distinct axis "dimple" w/no cam pressure
1: Is this an actual defect, or is it by design? If by design, why does the new one (which feels much better) not have it? 2: Is this a known issue that possibly has an easy fix I could take care of myself? I'm quite handy with mechanical things. 3: I know I've had it for a while now, but the issue...

Current Spring size and tension would be a good information to have, I also second the need for instructions to make this adjustment.
I addressed the spring size issue in another reply posted a few mins ago, please read.

Re: Kosmosima twist resistance
I can source my own part, but it would be easier if I knew what the baseline part is in the device already. So I can search for something of the same size/type but less tension. A warning correction from the engineers: It is not just the external and internal diameter of the spring that matters. It...

Yes there were minor tweaks here and there.
Springs were taken out and a silicone cap is now playing their role.

Re: Clutch interface material/lubricant
In fact pretty much any grease that is good for nylon will be good for this clutch. Only use a tiny amount, really tiny. We apply grease from a Chinese manufacturer who uses his own markings of viscosity and does not export, so you will probably not be able to find exactly the same, but take it from...

Re: Gunfighter distinct axis "dimple" w/no cam pressure
If it was like that ^ I wouldn't resist a temptation to announce it, you know me 8) However, no. We are thinking of a complex solution to this problem. It is pretty infrequent but as we see it happened more than once, so there must be a reason as well as a once forever solution. Sorry that it takes ...

@kosta @redlir Please take a picture of how the grips are mounted - particularly the rusk part - and post it here. NO external file hosting (i.e., imgur, google drive, etc.) - just upload it here. This was numero uno. Numero dos, you can disassemble the twist mechanism, wash out extra viscous lube t...

Re: Gunfighter friction damper smoothness
You're very right about the nature of your "double resistance" sensation. There is nothing to eliminate this problem completely, however there is a trick that you might find helpful. Fully unscrew (loosen) the dampers, and apply a small amount of extra viscous lube there, then tighten to y...

Yes it should be this way, and it is for a reason.
Special thanks to you for extra prudence, it is very right to double check everything before taking the device apart.

Re: Kosmosima twist resistance
If you feel the twist is anything but buttery smooth, please start with opening a ticket with the dealer's.
If there is any problem of mechanical nature it is the dealer who should handle the case. Yours is the first complaint about twist movement, so I believe there may be some mech fault.

Re: SCG Management, Profile and Manual
Well, for one I would like to make three configs for ED, one general for flying, fighting and driving. How I configure them, well, that I would have to try out, but safe to say, each would have some little specifics. General config would always be the same. >>> OK what is it exactly that you want y...
