After flashing, all axes should be calibrated. The pedals are configured on the 7th axis by default. Show a screenshot of the Profile-Axes tab after calibration.

Допишите строчки в файл zconfig.ini как на картинке, чтобы появилась вкладка External-Leds. И потом её показать.

Most likely, the rule of conformity of the version of the configurator and firmware is violated. In the header of the configurator, the recommended firmware is indicated in brackets. You can use versions above, below - it is not recommended. Check and adjust.
