There is no need. You need to connect the BB directly to the v.2.0 port on the back or to a hub without an extension cable and check it works.

Try plugging in the BB in the back, there should be a pair of USB v.2.0 ports (black) at the top. And G13 into blue USB.

Try to flash with version 2_08.5, reset the settings to default and then calibrate.

And where is the 3rd axis, why only two? In doing so, show the Profi-Axes tab after calibration.

Perhaps there are problems with the version (beta, though). I advise you to flash version 2_08.5 and check the inversion checkbox in the line.

You need to provide a screenshot from JoyTester with the knobs set to 30%, 50%, 80%. When they are at 0 or 100% it does not show anything, it is not very informative.

In such cases, more configuration information should be provided - how many GNX joysticks, which knobs, which one is running, the firmware and configurator version.

That's right, that's why you need to change the active color in the Color Mode column - Color1 to Color2 or vice versa. The colors may not match, just understand that there is a 1st color and a 2nd color.

This is done for the owners of two databases - then they are automatically identified by their unique addresses. You need to look at the error level only in your database.
