Ultimate Grip is definitely - the ultimate! Absolutely love mine sitting atop my Gunfighter Mk III Pro.

No there is not a way to adjust trigger pull that I am aware of. Personally I find it a fairly soft pull, but this is very much subjective to the individual. Great grip btw.

I would say as long as everything is working fine you are likely ok.
I would definitely not make a practice of doing it that way though.
