Has anyone figured out how the "front side detent" is supposed to be activated. I understand easily the back side finger lift ( like winwing/virpil throttle), but this front side concept remains a mistery ???

Thanks for the advice Ron61. It seems my SCG-premium-L softly disconnected while flying Elite Dangerous, resulting in the loss of twist axis, the box led flashing in red, and then all axes were gone. After unscrewing and tightening again the grip to the base, it works normally .

Na, I clearly don't want to go that way. I eventually ended with 30 cam and 30 spring, and I am happy with it 8). I was just questionning the useability of the default setting, chosen by VKB ( certainly for a good reason ? ). And the answers given show I did not miss anything special in the setting ...

Yeah, sorry , I should have made my point clearer. I was talking about the lack of a good return to the center position, wich implies you need to increase the dead zone, which nullifies ( in my opinion ) what you would think a precise gimbal is.

When in the shop page, search for controller ( grip + base ) and not only grip.

Where do you see that ? I only see kosmosima as grip in the shop and not as complete controller ( grip + base ) .
