There's a monitor for grip to base connection on the Test/External Devices panel of VKBDevCfg. Click the grip icon and let the window running. If you see large red blocks when you move the grip around there's something wrong with the way the grip is mounted - either not seating properly on the base ...

Here. Just keep in mind that you'll have to match the firmware with the version of VKBDevCfg you're running (the firmware compatibility is indicated in VKBDevCfg's top bar).

Show us a pic with your setup, OP, so we can see if you can integrate the 2 modules into the UCM; for example, if you have 2 UCMs you can get a module on each, so you won't need the MFH anymore.

This is a completely unrelated issue, most probably an uncalibrated device.

So, if you want to run the SEM and FSM as an independent unit you'll need the following: - SEM, FSM-GA, MFH (you already got these); - JST to USB C cable ; - GNX HID Controller . If the throttle is properly calibrated and the axis still acts like that please fill up a service ticket.

Please update to the latest software and firmware, then reset to default and click Yes for the config button. If still not working afterwards fill up a service ticket with your local vendor.

I think we already responded to this on the tickets; if not, please fill up a ticket with the issue.

Maybe the cable is bad, do you have another cable to try?
Also try swapping USB ports too.

Just close and run again VKBDevCfg, that should fix it.
