You can program the 2 front triggers as an axis if you follow the instructions from Ron's link. Or any 2 other buttons you might be comfortable with. Also, a ministick could also be used.
For Zoom in/out you have 2 axes you can use, one under thumb, the other one under the pinkie.

Re: Swap the base?
Yes, using the old grip on a new Gladiator base would work. If it's not listed on the website please get in touch with the local vendor and they will make a custom invoice for you.

Alcohol should be fine from time to time. Sanitizing wipes would also work.

If you're still on the factory springs they're there only to hold the gimbal in place rather than a suggested setup. I would advise to add up some more springs, or at least completely disengage the dampeners.

There are tariffs, but we also reduced the price in the US store in order to counter them.

The procedure should be similar, no matter the firmware. I suggest to reset to default, recalibrate and try again.

Reset to default and try again in tester, without loading any custom profiles. If it still doesn't work go for a service ticket.

Re: Shipment to Turkey
Problem with Turkey is the local authorities are unpredictable and they charge some parcels with exorbitant fees, sometimes double and even more its value. Please send a request to sales@vkb-sim.pro and hopefully they will find a solution.

Unplug from USB, release the fastener and when the grip starts to move press gently on it for good contact with the base while tightening the fastener. Plug back to USB, run VKBDevCfg, select the device, click Default button, then calibrate.

Re: NXT Evo making and breaking connection
Swap the cable with the other one to see if the issue transfers with it. Plug to other USB port. Unplug some unneeded USB devices to see if your PSU is overwhelmed.

Re: Is it possible to offset EVO axes using secondary controller?
There are many possibilities when it comes to axes, best would be to look through the manual and see what cand get done (I think the 3.5 Axes combining chapter would help the way you wish.
