Try hitting the Default button before programming the LEDs. Also, to turn them off you have to set them Off under LED MODE drop down menu; changing those number to 0 is (only?) affecting the intensity of that LED. I think something went wrong when you flashed the device. Start from beginning following this guide https://youtu.be/8Ht8yMsdlCQ, make sure you're following all the steps and you're getting the latest firmware and software.
