Everything seems fine in there. Is the device working though?
Last 2 shots 'cos I'm out of bullets: picture with the stick sitting on the base and screenshots with Profile/Axes/Physical Axes and Test/External Devices.

Make sure the 2 washers holding the grip attached to the base are all screwed in and not sticking out.

Re: Solid Red Light on Blackbox
Close the bootloader and the cfg program and try again to load the firmware. Happened to me in the past too, it worked fine after a few tries. And sorry about the Gladiator confusion. LE: open file zconfig.ini and add this line "User=Developer" under [User] section (without ") and sav...

Re: Solid Red Light on Blackbox
Make sure the grip is settled properly into the base - there's a small hole on the bottom of the grip that has to fit all the way down a metal pin on the base. In some cases (mine included) that hole was a bit tight for the pin so it needs some pressure to fit it in. If it's still not working try a ...

Re: VKBdevCfg NG - alpha
I salute the return of the Cyclic Switch, that was fast! Thank you Alex! LE: ...but it doesn't seem to work though. So I'm trying to create a Cycling switch with 5 positions, each with a different curve assigned. I assigned the grip (pinkie) button as the main switch to control physical buttons 65 t...

Re: Kosmo pinky mod question
Could confirm Rtrski's statement - nothing around the pinky button has been glued on my LH-SCG, was able to easily take it out as well as the circuit board. I also tried to replace the original button with the tall one (thumb replacement button), but this one won't fit in there.

Re: VKBdevCfg NG - alpha
I think it would be very useful to keep it if it doesn't get in the way of your future developments, Alex. As I was saying above, I could cycle through 4 sets of curves with only one button instead of 4, I could also assign different weapons loadouts and cycle through them with only one button etc. ...

Did you hit the Set button after you made the changes to save them to the device?

Re: Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.
Had some similar problems with one of the bearings grinding so I soaked it into very fine lubricant overnight and next day I 'revived' it by spinning it on and off, for a few minutes, with a drill machine (not on high speed, mind you). Worked fine for me.

Re: VKBdevCfg NG - alpha
It looks like Cyclic Switch is gone from the NG version? Is it a bug or it has been replaced with something else that I couldn't figure out? Just to clarify why I need it - I'm planning to set up 4 different custom curves and instead of assigning them to 4 buttons (let's say a HAT) I want to cycle t...

Re: SCG-Essential Feature!
the top 90th percentile dogfighters use sticks in that game. Not sure where you got this data from, but last time I checked the Arena top players more than half of the top 10 were K+M players. And that's why the flight model is so fucked up in SC now - because CIG could make a great space sim for j...

Just set up a JMP between the destination physical button (the folding trigger) to source physical button (the POV switch), like this:

You could try some more recent software and firmware from here: http://alex-oz.strana.de

Re: VKBdevCfg NG
Is there an NG firmware for the Gladiator MK2 or Kosmosima? Couldn't find them on Alex's website.
