In in the interim to your post I have now to revert to the KG12 grip but now that doesn't work.

MCG Pro grip has never worked out the box - stick light flashing red
Hello Support, I have both the KG12 grip and the MCG Pro but the latter has never worked. I have the Gunfighter MK.I base. If I put the KG12 grip on the base, the stick light immediately goes green. If I put the MCG Pro grip on the base, it stays flashing red - what is not working please? I attach f...
