try unplugging and repolugging the usb into the VKB box, I think that's what I did

Thank you, didn't mean to double post I was just in rage type mode sorry lol I have fumbled around and figured out how to update. I did take my stick apart to find the rattle, I think it was just a loose piece of plastic casing. My firmware is up to date and the configuartor recognizes the stick. Ya...
