Re: Where do I open a support ticket for EU customers on the EU dealer site?
Hi, Is it possible to restore my purchase/order list on the EU webshop? My gunfighter purchase disappeared from the orders list that is why i couldn't open a ticket for it.

Where do I open a support ticket for EU customers on the EU dealer site?
Hi,
I have some issues on the Ballbearings on my gunfighter of which I asked about on the technical forums but I was advised to open a support ticket, but where do I make a ticket on https://flightsimcontrols.com?

Re: Gunfighter distinct axis "dimple" w/no cam pressure
Hi, I'm having very similar issues on my Y-axis bearings, how does the action feel with no stick attached and no cam/springs? For me it stays stuck in the center until enough force pushes it.
It doesn't feel smooth like there are ball bearings.

Re: Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.
Hi Aerogator, I've used an existing ticket(#601) still left open about centering issues. I also noticed that there is strain on the grip-adapter cable at the molex connector, running through the gimball base when I deflect the stick in the Y-axis. Should I be worried or is it a good idea to stabiliz...

Re: Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.
Hi Aerogator, Thanks for the fast reply, and I understand that the parts are of good quality, but this gunfighter had been used for more than 2 years with a heavy Warthog grip and the heaviest combination of springs supplied for proper centering action. So some wear is expected. And I haven't opened...

Re: Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.

Re: Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.
I removed 1 of the shields and C-clip and it's still soaked in clean looking grease.

Gunfighter base with bad ball bearings.
Hi I noticed 2 of the cam ball bearings on my VKB gunfighter are really bad(grinding and doesn't spin). Is there a safe way to remove and replace these ball bearings without damaging anything? Due to the bad bearing im getting awefull centering in the Y axis with both cam types unless i add 2 #40 sp...

When the Twist adapter releases for EU question
Hi,
Im wondering if we're gonna see, both the MCG Rev.A and B twist adapter at the same time for availability in the EU store when it comes out.
Is that a possibility?

Re: Gunfighter doesn't align properly anymore after full deflection in X-axis
It also doesn't return to center only from full left deflection without a stickgrip mounted.
Full right deflection to center repeatedly brings it back to value 32767. Is this a case of worn bearings, because it feels like something mechanically gets moved when doing a full left deflection

Re: Gunfighter doesn't align properly anymore after full deflection in X-axis
The X axis with 10 cams equipped has some center slop.
