After 1 hour of play the x-axis center no longer in the center, it is off set by a random amount. (but to the left generally) I want to set up a trim to center it, (so I don't have to run the calibration during gameplay) Setting up 2 buttons with function Trimmer + and - for axis 1, multiplier 4x do...

When and how can we pre-order the new grip?

1) Go to "Global"->"External"->"External devices"

Yes, I have only purchased the gunfighter base. I plan to play Star Citizen with those 2, was waiting for the release of the left grip.

Yes, made sure it is seated onto the metal base and the connector inside connected. Same error.

Stat for the grip is full red, for the base is black/0.

Have the same issue here KG12 Stick Communication Error Level 100%, using the defaut Kg12 profile. Here are my screen shots:
