I fixed my issue by opening the Warthog stick and tightening the screw that the adapter uses. See attached image. I got a feeling this will get loose again over time and i will need to be tightened it again.

I have the same issue. Its definitely the TMW adapter with the TMW grip. There's play and I'm not sure how to mitigate it.

I think thats normal, my x axis doesn't have a washer either. I think only the y axis, pitch axis, is the one with the washer as well as the spring washer.

Thanks for the quick reply, From that picture, could someone confirm that it should be the following for the pitch cam, starting from left to right: Screw> Cam > Washer> Lock washer > bearing> nut? I have it this way, i hope that's right. Springs: Yeah that video helps a bit yet it makes it look eas...

Gunfighter Cam and Spring replacements
Replacing #10 Cam with the Warthog cam. I took of the #10 cam without taking note of the order for the locknut, washer. Where does the lock nut and the washer go in between for the pitch axis cam? does it go between the screw and the cam? or between the cam and bearing? In other word whats the order...
