The detent in this stick when crossing axis is overly aggressive, especially when running the #30 stiff spring. Is there any plans for a gimbal upgrade for the NXT that would alleviate this issue?

Is there a guide on how to swap one of the buttons that came with the NXT (Swap analog for 4-Way hat), and how to swap springs? Which springs does it come with by default, 10/20/30? And which spring is heavier?
