So I'm a little confused, and would like to confirm something.
I have a Gunfighter Rev A. Will I be able to plug an MCG-Left into it? Or will I need extra PCBs, or some adapter?

As long as each grip does what it needs to, I don't think it matters if they're mirrored or not. I've been using a non-mirrored dual stick setup for a while now, and it works fine for me.

I've been using HOSAS in Star Citizen/Elite Dangerous for a while now. My setup is left stick, right stick, and pedals. For pedals I have the VKB T-Rudder. I map roll to them.
