Thank you very much for the solution and the expalanation.
This gives two STECS modules within the flightsims. Lots of buttons now available without the need for additional software.

STECS buttons in Joystick Gremlin
Hello, As we all know, IL-2 still has this 62 button limitation. With my previous throttle I could use Joystick Gremlin to overcome this. But now, with the STECS I run into a problem. I've added the STEM module and the GNX SEM-V module to the throttle. When I use the UP-Down (Flaps?) switch on the S...

Re: STEM module has red light
Problem solved. What I had not realized at first is that the software somehow blocked the newly attached module.
Setting it back to "Default" and then do a calibration again has the complete STECS now working.

Re: STEM module has red light
I have one GNX SEM module mounted on the FMH module at the front. And one STEM module at the back of the throttle.

STEM module has red light (solved, now blue light)
Hello, When I bought the STECS MAX I also mounted the GNX SEM on the FMH module. Today I have replaced the ATEM module of the STECS MAX with a STEM module. In the config software the STECS and the GNX SEM are visible in the External Devices in the config software and all buttons on the STECS and the...

Re: Weak signal
Hello Ron, No, nobody else under my name. After receiving the new stick I wanted to flash to the latest version. Because of the message at the end of the flash in the bootloader I wanted to know if the message 'read error: 0' indicated an error or not. I could not remember this from previous times. ...

Re: Weak signal
Hi,
Can you please advice on the VKBDefCfg-C version you use?
In the version I have VKBDevCfg-C_v0_91_1_2 with _BlackBox_GF_MCG_PRO_v1_98_E.vkb I do not see the screen you are showing.
This how my screen looks:

Re: Weak signal
Thanks Ron for your explanation. The bar showing the bus connection with less = better is a bit counter intuitive as I thought that more bars lit would mean stronger signal. I also don't need to worry then about the almost non-visible green light in the black-box. I used to see this as bright as the...

Weak signal
Hello, I have a question about the signal strength that is shown in VKBDevCfg-C external devices. Today I tried to configure the new stick and noticed a strange behaviour of the bootloader. It would flash the blackbox but in the end, where it should reset it finished with a "read error : 0"...

Re: Flashing buttons
Yes, I did. Sorry for the late response but under these virus-conditions communication with dev team was time-consuming. Nobody's fault but we got it solved in the end.
New stick has arrived.

Re: Flashing buttons
Let me start by saying that I don’t know what the situation is at the moment, whether VKB support is also effected by China New Year and or virus circumstances. But I have been waiting now for a reaction since January 16. Before it could take a couple of days but never this long. I had an extensive ...

Re: Flashing buttons
I do not know. If you look at the screenshots it produces today you see that in the DevCfg screen the buttons are not frozen anymore. But what you do see in both the screenshots of DevCfg and JoyTester that a lot of buttons are triggered by just moving the Y-axis back and forth, not touching anythin...

I just compared, it is the same as in the picture from 5/12 and from 7/12. You can see both pictures in my posts. I did not swap any connector.

Re: Flashing buttons
Can you please explain?
Do you want me to swap the two 3 pin connectors that are placed next to the 7 pin connector? Because there is also a 3 pin connector on the bottom side.
