Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)

I just can't believe people are seriously going to complain about anything being delayed after the way the year has gone .... mind blown. Typically people don't get this riled up over things they don't really want though, I hope to have one too some day but nothing worth any serious upset.

Re: Phantom button presses with my MCG grip

Glad it was solved for you, unfortunately the new firmware/software was a temporary fix for me and it started doing it again in short order. If you don't mind answering, did you ever end up trying the extreme software or simply use the latest stable?

Re: Phantom button presses with my MCG grip

For a while now, one of the buttons on my MCG Grip (Button 9) will randomly activate when I move the joystick through its pitch and roll axes. I've tried resetting the profile and updating the firmware, but nothing's worked. Firmware revision and other details are in the screenshot. I also suffer t...

Re: Having MCG Pro Issues, random intermittent button presses

Thanks but was just curious if the previous posters found an issue .. the fact that the same buttons are being pressed is a sure indicator that the problem was similar and if they didn't fix their problems chances are mine will not be fixed either.

Re: Having MCG Pro Issues, random intermittent button presses

Was any solution ever found on this one? I am still having the same ghost button inputs while moving the stick around and am curious. It is the same buttons being pressed as well, 9 and 18.

Re: Gunfighter III - a new generation of a flag carrier base!

Well I thought I couldn't find the kit to upgrade my rev A gunfighter but they don't exist do they? Can you only upgrade the dust cover and boot on the Rev A GF and none of the electronics?

Re: US product availability and US dealership stock explained

Hi, As AeroGator already eluded to, we at VKBcontrollers.com are sales partners (independently owned and operated) for VKB HQ, facilitating orders from retail customers, fulfilled by VKB HQ in China. That said, right now we're just waiting for quantities updates from VKB HQ on items that currently ...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)

I assume that full setup of TECS will be easly 500€ and adding 410€ for Gunfighter MCG pro (I went for full option) so after adding those together will be ca.1000€. BTW could we have a render with ENG switch descriptions so non russian speaking future customers know what we will be able to assign? ...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)

In regards to the winwing setup - Between the horrible ergonomics, bad design, and lack of features, the parts actually look reasonable quality but yeah …. there is no way I'd spend almost 1k on this and get no pedals to boot. For me right now I am awaiting the VKB throttle because I would be settli...

Re: Gunfighter Mk.II base loose X-axis connector

Yes, big thanks for being so thorough. I have the exact problem you describe with my gen 1 gunfighter and have always found it to be quite curious how the phantom button presses problem "fixes" itself after you give the stick a good run through all of its range of motion. It has been the 1...

Re: Flashing red light after programming folding trigger

I am also having this issue with the red light flashing if I change any of the folding trigger settings. Everything functions as it should but the light flashes. This is with FW version 1.96B and VKBdevcfg version 0.90.06. Not a pressing matter as all works fine, just odd the light blinks and though...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System

Will the throttle and additional panels all be available at the same time or will we have to wait a bit longer for the panels once the throttle is released? Not trying to seem like one of the impatient or needing a date more just curious if they will be a package deal right from the start. Finished ...

Re: December'18 batch

Find a job running a skid loader for a bit :) you will get used to using feet for controls fast lol. It will all come together though for sure and be second nature in no time, its surprising how intuitive it is really.

Re: MCG Pro, Mounting Discussion

I have mine mounted to a piece of 4" pvc that is capped off on the ends and full of lead shot for weight. The baseplate is actually the baseplate from my old warthog stick and is a piece of steel about 9"x11". It handles the torque without tipping just fine but is not near as sturdy w...
