What procedure do I follow to flash the firmware into the Gladiator Pro and what drivers or what else in what order do I install or run?

I tried to use Wizzo and was informed Wizo does not work with Gladiator Pro...

I have the GLADIATOR PRO:<) What do I do to get the firmware and drivers into it ? I also have the mark IV rudders attached.

Same Problem.... I receive error CPUID and closing it or selecting OK.......... closes Wizzo down. I do not get to "advanced settings.... I copied the Wizzo 0.73 zip file and the zbootloader -c to same folder on desktop. Also.......... I have the stick plugged into the usb port. lights flicker ...
