Re: Virpil New Grip with twist....
Well, apparently there's gonna be a big announcement this month about at least a few things. I think VKB said somewhere that linear cams were confirmed for that, and hopefully twist adaptors are also on that list?

Re: Kosmosima Discussion
not sure I understand this, I will try and help - but first I will need you to re-clarify. "I've found my MCG Pro's dual triggers can be used for two different weapon groupings without involving the thumb" - for reference, this is a dual stage trigger: https://media.discordapp.net/attachm...

Re: Kosmosima Discussion
Question to those that have had time with the Kosmosima: I've found my MCG Pro's dual triggers can be used for two different weapon groupings without involving the thumb, leaving it free to use all the other controls even when firing both weapon groups. I've been a bit unclear as to whether the Kosm...

Linear Deflection Cams?
Hi, I've currently got an MCG Pro on a Gunfighter RevA that I'm just waiting on the twist adaptor for (although I am considering a Kosmosima), but while I was waiting I was checking out the competition's stuff and they've got some cams specifically for space sims that provide a linear force curve, i...

I am fine with waiting for an answer on the macros, I will check back in a few weeks.
Ron61 shows how to enable the Macro tab here. That's how I got it.

Hey, thanks! Now I don't need to have AutoHotKey or UCR running while I'm playing!

Re: How to assign a button to the MCG brake lever
No problem. And what was probably happening was your game was detecting the brake axis and auto-assigning it to either yaw or nose steering (depending on whether your plane was only veering right on the ground or not), but since the brake axis is not a return-to-centre one, it was always fully out t...

Re: Continued Macro Ticks Changing
Wait wait, what? How'd you get the Macro tab to show? I'm running 0.83.96 with 1.91 firmware, same as you, and I don't have a macro tab. Is there a checkbox somewhere I have to tick, or something?

No prob - I was experimenting with the software last night, and stumbled across this.

Re: How to assign a button to the MCG brake lever
A much easier way of doing this is to use the 'AxesToButton' functionality. Go to axis 8, set it to Edges1, Zone 1, set it to a percentage point that you're comfortable with (ie 25% will press the button when you've pulled the brake lever three-quarters of the way, 0% will press the button only when...

Re: MCG-Pro: all hat axes as buttons
You can do it, using the axes-to-button functionality, and setting up the second hat. At least, theoretically you can, I'm having problems doing it myself - can't get it to switch to hat mode, but that's me wanting it as both a hat and a thumbstick, switchable. Pure hat might be easier. And you can ...

Re: Changing Master Mode axis mode to absolute breaks swap functionality
I'll admit, I haven't fired up a game with it yet - do the games see the axes, or only the VKB software? Also, I switched my hat back to tempo, to get a feel for it, and now it doesn't switch ever. I don't know why, it's all the settings it was before I switched it to Alt - I even changed the axes b...

Re: Changing Master Mode axis mode to absolute breaks swap functionality
Hmm... I've got mine on Absolute, but if I change the switch function from Tempo to Alt, then I can click it, use it as a hat, click it again, use it as an analogue stick. It's only when I have it on Tempo that it doesn't switch off the Hat function.
