Breaking springs with extension
Hello, I use the GF with extension and MCG PRO. I'm a moderate to light user of flight sims and generally pretty smooth with the stick. I routinely have issues with springs snapping in the pitch axis, and eventually I'm going to run out of them. (I'm already tired of replacing them.) I use a 30+30 o...

Re: Loose Button on MCG Pro
My buttons definitely have some wiggle, hats too. The weapon release button is definitely more solid. If you're open to sharing it would be great to see your updated spacer on Shapeways or perhaps as an STL file! It looks like good work.

Re: Gunfighter Mk.II dry clutches, damper force, and centering
Yes, the dry clutches exist to dampen oscillations. (Think free-stick motion.) It helps prevent minute over-corrections that your imperfect muscles will apply by nature. To counter some of the original replies, I think there might be some misinformation in this thread. The stick may not always retur...

Re: Question about MASTER MODE (РЕЖИМ КБО) hat.
Could I set the GATE CONT (Cyrillic-y stuff here) mini-stick to also work this way? I tried setting up POV2 to also use a tempo switch between axis and POV mode, and it didn't work. MASTER MODE mini-stick stops responding with the uSSw/Tempo, and simply shows the default mode (POV.) The GATE CONT mi...

Re: MCG PRO with GF Mk.1 Profile
You got it! I must have screwed that up somehow last night. It was late. Thank you. So, to clarify for anyone who reads this, there is no MCG PRO profile. After flashing the new firmware, you have to use this hidden default button to set the grip to the default axis/button arrangement. A little conf...

Re: MCG loose base
I just want to confirm: for the rest of you guys, after following AeroGator's instructions, all of the wiggle is gone? I followed those instructions and still had a significant amount of movement. For what it's worth, the screws inside and outside my grip were not tight at all, but they also weren't...

Re: MCG loose base
Same problem here. I received my PRO for my Mk.1 yesterday and immediately put it on my extension. First thing I noticed was the wiggle: about a millimeter in X and Y. (at the grip height) It's particularly noticeable when I hold the extension steady in one hand, and move the grip in the other. I ca...

MCG PRO with GF Mk.1 Profile
1 - GF Mk.1 2 - 1.917 3 - N/A 4 - N/A 5 - VKBDevCfg-C_v0_83_8_5 Screenshots omitted We were given the firmware, but where are the profiles? We need some concise instructions for those of us who purchased the standalone grip for our original Gunfighter. I'm not afraid to do some setting up, but I am ...

That means not shipped yet, unless your account just wasn’t updated. Try emailing rrhode, i’m not sure how often he reads this forum but he’ll always answer emails.

Re: Throttle Design Considerations
I can’t disagree with this original post enough. In a friendly way. ⋅ Instead of 3 individual buttons, some of that space could go to a knob, or another hat. Having 4 different modified/shifted layers is unnecessarily complicated. Binding display pushbuttons to HOTAS is just ridiculous: to...

Re: MCG Pro (Standalone)
I never got a shipping email either, it’s either a problem with the online store or a feature that should probably be added. If your situation is like mine, you already have a DHL tracking number, you just have to manually go to your order page to find it. I have to say, I’m really disappointed with...

Re: Warthog Cam Loading
No problem, thank you for the reply! Could you please pass to your team that more cam options are desired? I would love to have another intermediate option between 10 and 30, especially one that has a more linear force gradient!

Warthog Cam Loading
Hello, I have a simple technical question: Is the load generated by the W cam symmetrical? The explanation for the existence of the W cam is clear, but not how it functionally compensates for the extra weight of the Warthog grip. I've heard the problem is that the Warthog grip is front-heavy, theref...
