Re: VKB HOTAS. Phase One.

So, how long until the Phase Two announcement?

Re: VKB HOTAS. Phase One.

Looks great, but I want something that is more useful for GA/warbird planes. Hopefully, that is what AeroGator meant in the first post by "it wouldn’t be a big surprise to soon see a replace mono grip."

Until then, I will likely continue on with my current setup.

Yes, of course it will. The MCG Ultimate is a MK III model.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

So, we have now had no true, concrete news at all now for almost half of 2023, and the last "official" new topic of any sort by VKB in here was a stupid April Fool's joke. For all anyone outside of the company knows, they could announce the thing tomorrow or it could be another half a year...

I was expecting something a bit more substantial than that.

Heh, good luck with that. You're more likely to see a photo of Sasquatch.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

We've ALL been showing common sense, but after a while, don't you think people have a reason to be skeptical?

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

Lets face it guys, the Tecs throttle is a myth, their is no Tecs throttle. I'm beginning to feel the same way. We've had several other projects from VKB be announced and then released as one would expect. But TECS? Nothing but a black hole about what's actually going on. All we ever receive are the...

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

Don't even bother asking. The only response you'll receive from them is some vague reference to "when it's done." That could mean next week, next month, or next year.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

So, it's as real as it can be, but a broad timeline can't even be given? Color me skeptical, then. Four years is a ridiculously long time to develop something like this.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD

It's as real as it could be, just a way more complicated project which requires more resources than any other project or product from our list and lineup. It is true that new products have been released since the TECS has been announced, but even a very easy project takes a long time to develop. Ar...

Re: Two sticks listed in External Devices tab

Great, thanks! One other thing, just to be sure - the description of the grip says that it has an eight-way hat, but I only see buttons 4-7 register with the hat. Am I correct in understanding that "8-way" means that I can hold down two buttons at a time on the hat, e.g., buttons 4 and 5?
