Cleaning the contacts seems to have helped. Thank you.
I recalibrate every time I change grips since I must flash the firmware anyway.
I do use the #10 spring on the X-axis, but I use a heavier spring and the W cam on the Y-axis.

which springs are you guys using? with the default ones my warthog grip is kind of flopping around in the center.
