I found the solution!
Green wire was wrong, my mistake!

Ok so, I managed to let the CH POV work but now when I press the buttons they replicate the POV imputs instead of button 1, 2, 3, 4. What I'm doing wrong? Immagine2.png Immagine1b.png

Now I have matrix with Use matrix=1.
