I know the thread is old but i just had the same problem.
I fixed it by completly remove the "zero event" from the event list.
After it was gone it worked perfectly.

quick question: Is it possible to play a sound by pressing a button?
I'm playing Star Citizen and sometimes I'm not sure if a button press has performed an action.
An audio feedback when pressed a specific button would be helpful.

when i use AxestoButtons the button will be "pressed" at the end of the axes.
Any way to set it to the beginning of the axes?

I used the alternate funktion already.
I will use it for the moment, till the "set SCM" button will be added in the game
