Re: Anyway to replace GF mk1 with mk2

Let me discuss it internally. However, I do not see a reason to not produce rev.A version of the new grips. Rev A and B grips use the same components, they are electrically fully compatible. Any news on the status of either Rev A MCG (Pro) or standalone Rev B MCG (Pro) plus a connector conversion k...

Re: Anyway to replace GF mk1 with mk2

I already have a rev A pro extension.
I'd prefer to only buy the parts needed to convert this, or a small rigid adapter in a similar form factor as the twist adapter.

Re: Table top or gunfighter pro

But pro base, the one with extension does not have the big base-plate, right ? The big base-plate for some reason have been removed from the shops inventory. I got both base plates with my Rev A Gunfighter Pro/KG12. The product description on the new VKB Europe site indicates that this is still tru...

Re: Preferred Cam/Springs for Space sims

I'm using 2×#50 spring and the W cam, for metal Warthog grip on the Gunfighter Pro extension.

I sure would like to be able to get my hands on a revA-compatible MCG Pro to replace the hunk of metal... hopefully the June shipment to the EU store will last more than the 48h the April shipment did.

Re: Is there an extension made for the Gladiator Pro?

They recommend against using an extension with the Gladiator.
Gunfighter has a strengthened gimbal in order to cope with the increased forces of an extension.

Re: Questions and Answers

So the container bound for North America is stuck in Chinese customs, will probably be released in mid march, arrive in US end march and begin shipping sticks to customers? What about the container bound for Europe? Same problem or is it stuck in EU customs? Any projected timeline as to when the MCG...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System

TARGET will hide the devices from windows, acting as if they were disconnected.

I would suggest you use vJoy and JoystickGremlin, it does the same functions with devices from any/multiple manufacturers.

Re: Dual sticks + pedals concept advice

Having begun playing Star Citizen after playing Elite Dangerous, I would say that I'm no longer interested in twist on my right hand. With full motion pitch and yaw in Star Citizen, it makes the small range of motion you have with Z-Axis twist very difficult to control. I'm going to have MCG with n...

Re: Who wants an MCG for their Mamba or Gladiator Pro Mk.I?

So the compatibility issue is with the analog ministicks and paddle itself, not your choice of protocol/connector? Or did you still use your proprietary "digital protocol" with the Mamba and Gladiator Pro Mk.I, despite not having analogs on those grips? A Mamba/Gladiator Mk1 version of th...

Re: Who wants an MCG for their Mamba or Gladiator Pro Mk.I?

Would a 5-wire version (As I understand it's standard I2C as opposed to the proprietary "digital protocol" of the 3-wire version?) of the grip be compatible with diy solutions such as Arduino with the Wire library? MCG-TM use 5-wire version and compatible. MCG and MCG-Pro - not compatible...

Re: Introducing the VKB-Sim ‘Modern Combat Grip’ (MCG)

I have a question about the way VKB grips connect to the joystick bases and how they communicate. I can see from your product images that the connection is five wires like on the Warthog. The warthog grip simply has chained shift registers inside, but I suspect that VKB uses something more advanced ...
