Re: Confused about upgrade path
@Grinddude, you need to take the stick off of the base to check the contacts as fallout9 indicted in his response.

I can attest to the fact that a blackhead remover tool works perfectly for spring removal/installation.

Re: FedEx or DHL?
I am Canadian and I'm not referring to DHL's collection of brokerage fees, import duties, PST or GST, I understand and accept that. What I don't understand is how DHL gets to add a "remote area surcharge" on top of the fee we've already paid to have our product shipped. No one can tell me ...

Re: 2 #50 Springs on MCG Pro Ulitmate
I use very light dampening on the Y axis, none at all on the X axis. Stick does return to center with a slight oscillation if I take my hand off the stick however I rarely have my hand off the stick so it's a non issue.

DHL may be a bit faster but at least FedEx doesn't hit you with additional charges...

Re: 2 #50 Springs on MCG Pro Ulitmate
I've been using 2x#50's per axis for the last 2 years without any issues, also using MCG-U and the 200 extension.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD
I'm from Canada, up north in the Yukon and for sure shipping here is always more expensive than for southern Canada. When I placed my order for the MCG Ultimate for the shipping option (which seems new from my last order) I chose FedEx over DHL and I was charged $42.00 for shipping. Once the device ...

MCG Ultimate-Gate Cont as POV
Apparently my severe case of dumbassedness from yesterday has carried over into today. For the life of me I can't enable Gate Cont as POV 2, I'm sure it's a simple step I've missed so I'm looking for a kind soul to help me out. After I received the grip yesterday, the first thing I did was swap out ...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)
I just hope it shows up before my starting to become flaky, ancient CH Pro Throttle finally dies! Love my GF/MCG-Pro, would like to stay in a single HOTAS eco-system if possible. In exactly the same position! My Warthog throttle bricked itself and I've had to revert to the old CH Pro, bad pots and ...

Re: MCG loose base
Not funny, but I watched the DHL guy come to deliver my GF MKII trip coming up my stairs AND using the package as first point of contact on the landing. Fortunately no damage, small mushed area on one corner of the package. My MCG Pro handle for the Gunfighter MKII had the same issue. I took it apar...
