А если проробовать переставить плату контроллера в девайсах, чтоб подключение по шине было у другого? Попробовать голый контроллер прошить и только потом вставлять в девайс. Порт Usb пробовать другой или хаб.

I doubt that it's the cable. The screenshots show no connection to any device on the bus, the cable only affects the pedals.
Try using a newer configurator (from here) to flash _BlackBox_Mk3_Unified_v2_19_6.vkb.

You don't reset to default, that's where the problems come from.
Or after reset you upload the old profile.

In your new profile, the En and Vs checkboxes are inactive and again, none of the axes are calibrated.
