You need to remove the bottom plate and check the cable connection from the grip to the connector on the narrow board.
It's possible that one of the pins on the cable is loose.

I use the outer ones. I recommend the second-to-last one.

You may have an outdated version of the configurator and firmware that doesn't allow axle selection on the VC2.
Update them from here, and then everything will work.

In the Profile-Axis, Physical Axes tab on the 3rd axis, uncheck or check the box in the R(everse) column, write the change to the controller using the Set button and, after rebooting, recalibrate the twist axis.

Изменилась нумерация осей, теперь нет 2-2, 2-3 - есть 10 и 11 и т.д. Поэтому нужно при заливке старого профиля немного поправить "маленький кавардак" на втором VC и все заработает. Возможно, и в POVs нужно будет скорректировать цифры на второй хатке (3,4). И пересохранить профиль уже прави...

Да, все верно.

Вот тут смотрим версию BB и в соответствующей папке выбираем согласно ручке.
Возможно, профили нужно будет пересобрать. Поэтому лучше сразу сделать скриншоты вкладок старого профиля.

Почитайте на старом форуме про замену смазки, там есть про это.
p.s. "родная" Nyogel 767A с вязкостью 28000, если мало - можно PG-44A - 192000, на ПМС 60000 - соответственно цифрам.

There is such a button there and it means that its electronic life has come to the end, unfortunately.
Replacing it with a similar-sized one at a repair shop (the force may vary, this one is 2.6N) will take 5 minutes. If you don't have a repair shop near you, try emailing sales@vkb-sim.pro.
