Разбираться в программе, искать по папкам установки симулятора. После удаления USB устройства его драйверы автоматом переустановятся, если оно подключено. Ничего страшного не случится.

Посмотрите в инишниках ДКС. В Ил-2 накапливаются тоже несуществующие устройства. Их еще можно и в интерфейсе просмотреть.
У вас показан скриншот USBDeview. Пробовали в нем uninstall сделать?
