Can't find my Order # - Problems with Gladiator -
The ship date on my box is 1/6/26 for the Gladiator. I cannot find my emails with the Order # to submit a ticket. It is a Gladiator EVO R XT2 V2.199 and the VKB device config NJoy32 firmware is V23.1913. System is Windows 11. The problem with the Gladiator is the RAPID FIRE down button (22) does not...
