Re: Bind X and Y AXES TO WASD keys
Always fun to see another Panther XL user. I too used Joy2Key for a long time with various sticks, but the VKB software is a lot more robust and gets around limitations that will come up using J2K. VKB is not as intuitive and can take some trial and error but the forums usually provide the answer es...

Re: Is there a way to tell what profile is loaded?
Thank you! The missing step for me was setting the profile ID and then saving the profile. Much appreciated.

Re: Is there a way to tell what profile is loaded?
I'm clearly doing it wrong, can you give an example of where in the profile you assign the ID, and/or what should be in the zconfig.ini?

Re: Is there a way to tell what profile is loaded?
From what I can tell, you can set the zconfig.ini file to assign numbers that show a profile name, but those are not associated with anything. If I load a profile, I have to change the number of the Profile ID myself, and it has no bearing on what the actual profile is. Is there a way for when you l...

Is there a way to tell what profile is loaded?
Is there a way in the configurator to see what profile is currently loaded? It would be great if there was a way to see what the current profile is. Maybe even in a comment field or something?

Re: Bind keys to Twist (Z) axis
Ok Comparator works for left twist, how do I get it to work for right twist?

Re: Bind keys to Twist (Z) axis
Thanks, that does work. It does require the full twist to work, is there a way to have it fire off at 25% or 50%?

Re: Bind X and Y AXES TO WASD keys
Which specific POV (its marking on the grip) should the keys be bound to? And which keyboard keys? I wasn't the one to first ask about setting the POV hat to keys, but I'd like to follow up about it. I have the EVO Premium so the A1 ministick has the POV setting. I can't get it to bind any buttons....

Re: Bind keys to Twist (Z) axis
Thanks, I was using the manual guide but there are some discrepancies and I still haven't figured it out. For example, when I set the A2B to Edges:1 > Zones:1 in the popup, it appears in the A2B list as "LimSw Up" and I can't find what that means anywhere in the manual. I presume that sinc...

Bind keys to Twist (Z) axis
I'd like to bind two keys to the twist axis: a key for when twisting left, and a key for when twisting right. Having a moderate deadzone is a must. Bonus if I can bind something like middle mouse button.
I have a NXT EVO SC, latest firmware and configurator.

Re: Bind X and Y AXES TO WASD keys
I'm so glad someone has asked how to get this working. I don't know if the person that started this thread is still checking, but I too started with a MadCatz Panther XL and have been using joystick/trackball for FPS gaming for 25 years now. To this point I have been using Joy2Key for almost everyth...
