Most probably a computer issue, if applies to all those devices. Plug to the back of computer, unplug other USB devices, reinstall USB drivers, update Windows and motherboard's chipset drivers, reboot in Safe mode. Thanks for your reply. After restarting the Co puter it recognizes the stick and rudder, but still not the OTA.

I know you probably answer this all the time, but what are the steps with restarting in safe mode?
