Upgrade Gunfighter MKIII to MKIV without purchasing a complete MKIV base?

I am looking at upgrading my Gunfighter Mk.III 'Modern Combat Edition', purchased January 2021 to the new RevC (without twist) mounting system. My question is, is it also possible to adapt / purchase an adapter for the base without purchasing an entirely new base unit?
