Mine just got shipped two mins ago. Ordered June 25th.

My order states ’processed’ but that doesn’t mean that it’s shipped. When my shipping label was printed on the 4th the order status updated to ’processed’ but UPS has yet to receive the package. On the UPS tracking page it says ”UPS doesn’t have possession of the parcel yet. Estimated delivery date ...

Shipping label printed during the weekend but UPS did not receive the package today (monday) as stated in previous replies here (ordered in June).

I agree. It’s very frustrating and it’ll be the last time I ever order from VKB. I understand that VKB Europe is a separate entity but the lack of communication and updates is discouraging to say the least. Not the mention that when there is communication it turns out to be damage control statements...
