A number from the netherlands called me today at around 11 am. Nobody from the netherlands has my number except vkb. I tried to call back. Without success

Ordered on the 22nd of july. I hope it arrives bevor the 3rd september

I ordered on the 22nd of July (#56571) so do i need to wait another week?

After some research, I am no longer sure how long the delivery will take. Will I receive an e-mail sooner or later confirming whether the sticks have been sent?
