I ended up filing a ticket, vkb sent a replacement grip and everything worked

thanks for the reply, have tried reconnectiong the grip multiple times, and have tried multiple flashes and calibrations

anyone had an issue where no buttons, hats or twist work? the vkbdev app recognises it, comms are green, but the only thing that registers is the x and y axis
