Re: NXT EVO: Throttle not detected
Did you buy one of them open box EVOs that are on sale from the EU store at the moment? That looks like a fairly old model between the 5-pin S-LED connector on the USB board and the lack of rubber rings on the clutch adjustment screws. You probably need a different firmware version, marked as "...

Re: Hitting Gimbal Limits
It is fine to gently touch the edges of the range. Just do not push the limits with all your might hoping for a tiny bit of extra range.

Re: Gunfighter base to Thrustmaster Warthog adapter problem
Just a quick update, we have discussed this on Discord and it looks as if the Gunfighter base is Mk1, which is Rev.A, not compatible with the Mk2/Mk3 Warthog adapter's Rev.B connector.

Re: Pedals error read CPUID issue
Like before, you do not pick the op2 file in the regular file selector, you type "load" (and only load) into the file box while your black box is in bootloader mode. A file selector should open as soon as you type the "d", select the OP2 file in that and it should now accept the ...

Re: Adapter to use an NXT Grip with a Moza AB 9 Base
No way to hook it up to the base wiring as, for better or worse, VKB sticks use a proprietary bs protocol that is nothing like the Thrustmaster-derived protocol the Moza uses. The most straightforward way is somewhat convoluted if you are coming from Gladiator sticks: VPForce sells an adapter that a...

Re: Pedals error read CPUID issue
Please follow Alex's instructions and type "save" in the file box of zbootloader. Just "save", nothing else. Then upload the op1 file that appears in your zbootloader folder. a VKB employee can take a look at that and give you further instructions to fix your issue.

Might be from that batch that had a null device signature. Those came with the T-Rudders for a while IIRC.

Re: WWII Throttle Grip x 2 ?
It is easiest to use a second GNX-HID, since that allows you to set both THQs to subaddress 4 if they are on different HID boards.
It is possible though to put the WW2 grip on a THQ with different subaddress. It just takes some effort to disable the additional axis and enable the grip buttons instead

Re: New HOSAS Setup Question
I would definitely recommend a USB hub. Running everything through one device is technically possible, but it requiressome serious hardware hacking and additional parts, while giving you a worse experience than the hub. So if your only goal is cutting down on cables, a hub is the way to go.

Use LEDs and Encoders in MS Flight Simulator and X-Plane with MobiFlight
Hey everyone, over the past year or so, I have become a contributor to the MobiFlight project, integrating VKB controller functionality into this very useful piece of software. This means that for Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, Prepar3D and maybe soon also ProSim, it is now possible to control...

Re: Repeated button inputs on STECS and Gladiator – how to disable?
Neither on a keyboard nor on a joystick is it the peripheral itself that is triggering the repeat events, it is the software that is reading it. On a keyboard, that us usually done by the operating system, on a joystick it would be the program itself. What program are you using that is treating the ...

Should be Tx2, tx1 seems rather odd.
Sometimes the boards have a bit of flux residue, that is nothing to worry about. But of course I did not know what the gunk on yours looked like.
