They never ended up sending me a new HID, but I was able to find the issue. I was able to fix the problem by unchecking the "auto read parameters" option under settings (its on by default) and restarting the app. This caused to the "find and auto config" button to finally appear....

Not yet, they are sending me a new GNX HID to see if that resolves the issue. I will update this once I get it.

Just tried it on a different computer and had the exact same issue, so it is 100% not my PC that is the problem.

Well I only have firefox, steam, nvidia experience, and windows apps running. Most your users are running those. I've also tried running as admin and uninstalling/reinstalling windows drivers. I am going to try a total uninstall/reinstall of all VKB software/drivers/etc. Is there any registry files ...

I certainly do not have any software blocking anything like that. I already plug it directly into the motherboard, and I've tried a couple usb ports. From what I heard, the find and autoconfig button was removed. This seems like a software bug or faulty hardware, literally everything works perfectly...
