I cannot login because I cannot register anymore because the ticket system has stopped sending emails I could create a ticket because this doesn’t require an account but I never got a conformation with a ticket number because of the same problem

Hi! I tried opening a ticket, but it seems the system is broken/down? It doesn't seem to send any emails anymore (I tried with two addresses and checked the spam folder).
