Removed the bottom plate and removed the board of the THQ. Sorry, I forgot to mention that my THQ module is separate. It is not connected to the Gladiator NXT module. However, the issue with the buttons is the same as for the original topic starter - the wwii grip buttons don't work. Tried the advices above with the admin and another port with the safe mode...

Additionally, I checked the wires inside the wwii grip and they are properly and firmly connected to the socket. The wires don't look damaged, so I hope this is not a physical issue.

Thank you for the reply. I followed the steps above and upgraded my THQ firmware to v2.115 and then went through the process described above once again. After updating the firmware the behaiviour is slightly different. After pressing Default button, the THQ module LED light goes dark, then lights up...

Hello, I have the same issue and I went through all of the steps described above with no result. My THQ is on Sub 4. wwii_grip_GNX_THQ.png I pressed Default, then Find&AutoConfig, then calibrated - buttons on the wwii grip still don't work (I used the latest VKB Device Config tool and VKB button...
