For the sake of posterity - it was reported in the Discord channel that this was a result of new sensor boards and there would be firmware to address them.

Not sure if there is an ETA on that? Last firmware is from July per the website.

I think I wasn’t clear. The profile in the picture I provided is what I have set it at to get it to work correctly. It was originally as you have asked - and that results in both axis being reversed.

I've attached both as requested - these are the profile I am using to make it work as expected. I understand from the Discord that axis 2 (i.e. Y) would normally come from the factory with the inversion set to on (as mine did), but that would normally give you the expected behavior.
